Refund Policy

A 50% deposit is required before any design or development work begins. This deposit secures your spot on our production calendar and covers the time invested in discovery, planning, and the initial design phase.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.

If the Client cancels the project after work has started, the deposit will be retained to cover time and work already completed. Any payments made beyond the value of completed work will be refunded at the Designer's discretion based on the percentage of the project that has been delivered.

If LocalLead Media is unable to complete the project for reasons within its control, the Client will receive a refund for any portion of the project that has not been completed. We will provide a written summary of completed work and the corresponding refund amount.

Monthly website subscriptions (hosting, maintenance, content updates, support) are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time and your service will continue through the end of the paid period.

Please contact us first at hello@locallead.media before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We are committed to resolving concerns directly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collection action for the disputed amount plus any associated fees.

To request a refund, email hello@locallead.media with your project name, invoice number, and the reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days with the next steps and, where applicable, the refund amount.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Updates will apply to projects engaged on or after that date.
