Services
We provide custom website design, monthly hosting + maintenance subscriptions, SEO setup, AI chatbot integration, and related services. Specifics are agreed per engagement.
Ownership
You own the content, design assets, and domain for any website we deliver to you. Source code is delivered with one-time purchases or upon request when canceling a monthly plan.
Payments & cancellation
Monthly subscriptions are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel anytime — service remains active through the end of the paid period. One-time projects are quoted individually.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our service for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend service for violations after notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LocalLead Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify monthly subscribers by email when material changes happen.
